Angie
I have been overweight for more than 20 years. Each year I gain weight and in recent years I have put on about 20-30 lbs per year. The total weight I should lose is about 180 lbs to be down in a health range. I hope to lose about 150 lbs when all is said and done. I would be happy with that.
